DCUDL New Debate Coach's Training

The District of Columbia Urban Debate League will host a NEW DEBATE COACH TRAINING SESSION on Wednesday, September 29, from 5 to 8PM at:

This three-hour training will provide you with everything you need to start (or sustain) a successful debate program at either the middle school or high school level.  Participants will also learn about opportunities for student competition in and around the DC area. Topics to be covered include: teaching debate skills, student recruitment, team management, classroom debate, and many more. Participants will receive free curricular materials and lesson plans to get started.
